In 2013 the Florida Cracker Kitchen started as a small 48 seat restaurant in Brooksville, Florida by two brothers, Blair and Ethan Hensley. This endeavor has turned into a booming restaurant business, a trading company and a brand that is easily recognized throughout the State by its upside down boot logo in the shape of Florida.

Florida Cracker's 2nd location for Duval County will be located in San Marco at the iconic Whimpee's Gas Station building on Kings Avenue.

Florida Cracker is a scratch kitchen and will be the go to place for breakfast, brunch and lunch for San Marco and an option for people who work Downtown.

There will be over 70 parking spaces, a rarity for this area.

There will be a creation of over 40 employment opportunities with this unit.

The hours of operation will be 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and closed on Monday.
