  • In 2013 the Florida Cracker Kitchen started as a small 48 seat restaurant in Brooksville, Florida by two brothers, Blair and Ethan Hensley. This endeavor has turned into a booming restaurant business,  a trading company and a brand that is easily recognized throughout the State by its upside down boot logo in the shape of Florida.

  • Florida Cracker's 2nd location for Duval County will be located in San Marco at the iconic Whimpee's Gas Station building on Kings Avenue.

  • Florida Cracker is a scratch kitchen and will be the go to place for breakfast, brunch and lunch for San Marco and an option for people who work Downtown. 

  • There will be over 70 parking spaces, a rarity for this area.

  • There will be a creation of over 40 employment opportunities  with this unit.

  • The hours of operation will be 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and closed on Monday.

  • Out back there will be a kids play area to run off some energy before they sit down for their meal.

  • There will be a private conference room that can hold up to 30 people, equipped  with all the technology needed to hold executive meetings, sales meetings or just a good ol' party for your family and friends.
